Technologies We Use
For the treatment of Domestic waste water & Domestic solid waste
For the treatment of any form of organic waste there are two major principles on which the degradation of waste depends.
- Aerobic Treatment
- Anaerobic Treatment
The key difference between anaerobic and aerobic treatment processes is that aerobic systems require oxygen, while anaerobic systems do not. This is a function of the microbes used in each type of system.
Our Working Technologies Based on Aerobic Process
Waste Water
SBR (Sequence Batch Reactor)
The sequencing batch reactor (SBR) is a fill-and-draw activated sludge system for wastewater treatment. In this system, wastewater is added to a single “batch” reactor, treated to remove undesirable components, and then discharged.
MBR (Membrane BioReactor)
MBR is a combination of membrane processes like microfiltration or ultrafiltration with a biological wastewater treatment process which consists of an aerobic or combined aerobic/anoxic biological treatment system where the biological sludge is contained in the system by membrane filtration that only lets clean water out of the system.
MBBR (Moving Bed BioReactor)
MBBR is an aerobic process based on attached growth biodegradation using the aid of a moving media. The basic idea behind the MBBR development is to have a continuously operating, non-clogging biofilm reactor.
Solid Waste
For the treatment of Solid waste whether it is food waste, horticulture waste, or any kind of organic waste, our mechanical machines/equipment works on the principle of aerobic mechanical composting technology in the presence of oxygen and bacterias to replicate the natural decomposition and reduce its biodegradation time. Compost prepared through this mechanical aerobic technology is rich in nutrients as per FCO standards.
Our Working Technologies Based on Anaerobic Process
Waste Water
UASB (Upflow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket)
Technology also known as the UASB reactor is a form of anaerobic digester. It is a methane-producing digester, which uses an anaerobic process and forms a blanket of granular sludge and is processed by the anaerobic microorganisms.
Solid Waste
Aerobic + Anaerobic process
Our ABCM (Automatic Barrel Composting Machine) works on the compound of both aerobic & anaerobic processes for the treatment of organic waste (food waste / horticulture waste) where replication of natural decomposition is done and reduces its biodegradation time.
